Refund Policy:

Trade Room and mentoring: Subscriptions to the trade room and mentoring sessions are non-refundable once purchased.  Customers have the option to set the subscription package to cancel upon signing up via the Launchpass welcome email anytime before the next billing date.

Educational Courses: No refunds for educational courses as they are digital products and once received user has the course/information forever and cannot be retrieved by seller like a physical product.
