Refunds and cancellation
Subscriptions to the trade room and mentoring sessions are non-refundable once purchased. Customers can set their subscription package to cancel through the Launchpass welcome email at any time before the next billing date.
Educational courses are non-refundable because they are digital products. Once delivered, the customer has the course information and it cannot be retrieved by the seller like a physical product.
