Learning preferences

The short guide keeps your selected preferences in this browser session so you can see or change your result. It does not assess your finances or verify your trading ability.

Requests and consent

Request forms collect your name, email and the details needed for that request. The optional marketing checkbox is separate. Leaving it unticked does not prevent an enquiry.

Google Forms enquiries

Enquiries are collected using Google Forms, managed by Automation Suite for Scott Pulcini. Your details are used to respond to your request. Marketing updates are optional. To ask about your information or request its removal, contact Scott through his contact page. Google’s privacy terms also apply when you use the form.

Newsletter subscriptions

If you subscribe, your name and email address are stored in NitroSend to send educational updates and offers from Scott Pulcini. You can unsubscribe using the link in each marketing email. Newsletter signup is separate from enquiries and does not grant access to courses or the live room.

Website analytics

We use Umami to understand visits, referring websites, pages viewed and selected actions such as clicking a checkout link or making a membership enquiry. Our analytics events do not include the email address or message you enter in a form. URL search parameters and fragments are excluded from tracking. The current free analytics plan keeps data for six months. A checkout click does not confirm a purchase.

External services

Course purchases, membership and booking links open Scott’s existing services. Their terms and privacy information apply there. Public videos open on the video provider rather than loading a tracking embed automatically.
